Woodlands of ironbarks (E. melanophloia, E. crebra), poplar box and Brown’s box (E. populnea, E. brownii) and brigalow (Acacia harpophylla), blackwood (A. argyrodendron) and gidgee (A. cambagei). Region reaches the coast in the dry coastal corridor of Proserpine - Townsville.
