Shanti Plants is an Australian-based botanical platform and plant cultivation hub located in Queensland. We grow purpose-driven plants and are building a comprehensive, user-friendly database of living organisms. Our platform simplifies the process of identifying local flora and provides actionable guidance on cultivating resilient ecosystems. Additionally, we educate communities on how to harvest and utilize common weeds and invasive species.

Mission
Our mission is to celebrate the abundant provisions of the Earth and champion a lifestyle rooted in self-sustainability.
We aim to bridge the gap between people and the natural world by providing the knowledge needed to foster thriving, biodiverse environments.
Through education and cultivation, we empower individuals to live in harmony with their local landscapes.
Goals
-
Empower with Tools: Deliver practical, accessible resources and digital tools for plant identification and cultivation.
-
Inspire Stewardship: Encourage communities to deeply value nature and actively participate in growing their own food and medicine.
-
Fund Conservation: Direct financial support toward community gardens and vital land conservation projects across Australia.

Values
-
Earth Centered: We believe the Earth provides everything required for life and cannot be owned by humans.
-
Symbiotic Living: Human life is completely dependent on and linked to the survival of natural systems.
-
Ecocentric Purpose: We cultivate life with a focus on the whole ecosystem, rather than prioritizing human needs above all else.
Projects
Our initiatives focus on developing our open-access plant database and expanding our regional growing facilities in Queensland. We are actively establishing partnerships to fund grass-roots community gardens and habitat restoration projects nationwide. By turning ecological knowledge into community action, we work to heal degraded landscapes and secure green spaces for the future.
