Community leadership is not limited to formal titles. Leaders may convene people, hold relationships, organise resources, resolve problems, mentor others or maintain work after public attention has moved on. Responsible profiles focus on contribution and accountability rather than creating hero stories.

Profiles may include place, role, project history, partnerships, outcomes, challenges and consented public links.

Coverage and Evidence

Community profiles should not expose private people, inflate claims or erase the work of teams. Confirm the person's current role, preferred name, consent, public contact route and how they describe their contribution. Outcomes should be supported by project records or multiple perspectives where possible. Note conflicts of interest and avoid implying political or organisational endorsement.

The Earth's Resource Map and Learn library are being built progressively. Indexed means that a topic or resource can be connected to its identity, source and broad context; it does not mean that every claim has been verified or localised. Evidence is assessed claim by claim. Where information is missing, uncertain, restricted or location-dependent, that limitation should remain visible.
